RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery. After the 14-day return window, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

All products must be returned in new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of being used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Moli's Lab does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. However, once production begins, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order, as our team will have already committed time and resources to crafting your item. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order details carefully before placing your order.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Use Contact Us and provide your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Customer Care team processes the request, an assigned warehouse address will be provided for your return.

Your items are mailed back, in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for a monetary refund back onto the original method of payment within 14 days of delivery (based on the tracking number).

A customer returning a purchase is responsible for paying return shipping/mailing costs.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?

All marked down items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Regular priced items purchased online with a promo code are eligible for return.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be issued. Know that our team will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Depending on your financial institution, it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund past 7 business days, please reach out to your financial institution.
